Thought I was buying a larger bottle of Complete Essentials, and found it to be a powder. Mixed it, but did not drink all of it. My other problem is I cannot take it and go out of the house. (no restrooms on the beltway) Since it gives energy, can't take it with my evening meal. Not for me.

Two of the boxes were crushed, for some reason. Product was still viable. I'm disappointed.

When I ordered the first initial time, I asked for automatic shipment of our vitamins but when we didn’t receive our next supply, I called to inquire. Misunderstanding as we was not set up in a monthly basis. Hopefully now we will be.
