!!! Fraud and Cheat company !!! The worst travel company. You should avoid booking from this website. For any issue they are never available to resolve the same. Only at the time of taking payment they are quick. I had booked upgrade during 2020 of which flights got cancelled by Air India due to pandemic and for the refund I have followed up over 200 times on call and I have sent email. But they have been horribly bad at responding or resolving the matter. Till date I have never received the refund. And in the end for all the mental agony I had to sue them via consumer court .Horrible company. A big time scammer & fraud and owner also is fraud only earn money not help to customer People please do not waste your hard earned money ,Very unprofessional and unreliable company it’s really annoying and frustrating. 1 star is minimum but they deserve 0 star for service If you search online you will see thousands of customers duped of their money. No refunds being provided by the company .One of the most unethical, unreliable and cheating company ever to exist. We had been continuously following up with them for our refund of April 2020 but the same excuse that they are escalating the issue and will reply at the earliest is being given since then. Their customer service is the worst. Every time I ask about the status all I get in response is that please wait 5-7 day I. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC...I still haven't received my refund.Please do not waste your hard earned money by booking through optiontown They do not refund your money in case of cancellations. I did not get my money back even after repeatedly calling the customer care number. They are fraudsters in this field.

Service peu recommandable, pas du tout reactif. On ecrit pas de reponse Personne ne sait vous orienter ou vous informer vraiment à fuir Vous payer les pass de vols, et ensuite rien,pas de reservations ni de remboursements,vraiment l'horreur en terme de service!

This is a scam website. Booked a flightpass and can’t book any tickets!! They say there are technical difficulties with airlines that will take multiple weeks to solve! Even worse they refuse to give any refund. Stay away from this scam website.

I have been waiting since March 2021 for a refund of over £2000 for a BA FlightPass that was cancelled. Optiontown emailed me to state the refund had been made - this was untrue. I am now about to complain about their conduct to the CMA in light of their letter to travel agents and delays in making refunds and I am now in a position where I have little choice but to start legal proceedings to recover the refund due to me that Optiontown has untruthfully stated has been made. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Worst customer support. I had 10 passes for OmanAir. The Airlines stopped operating on the route purchased for. The refund was promised with 5-7 days but not refunded yet. Everytime I contact the customer service they give a common response that the team is working on will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours but that never happens. Please beware guys before you run behind Optiontown to get your MONEY BACK

Beware their unacceptable customer service. In Sept 2021 I asked to be refunded the rest of my flight pass (with British Airways)which was expiring end of year due to inability to use flights during Covid. It’s now Feb 2022 and I’ve yet to receive my refund. I received an email in Dec saying my refund was initiated and would be paid , and I’ve contacted them a few times in the weeks in between. I’m still waiting while they are looking in to it. I also tried to contact BA directly who is completely unable to help and just passes you back to Optiontown. I’m stuck in a sick loop for the better part of 6m and am out of pocket over £600. Never again would I trust them with my money.

So I would like to post an updated review regarding my experience with OptionTown. Following my last review, I had to open a dispute with my bank to get them to refund the amount that was debited twice. This took over a month before they verified it. I received an email from OptionTown (27th November) saying they would refund me for the flightpass that I wasn't able to use. They then sent this email on the the 12th December "Dear Guest, Thank you for contacting Optiontown. We would like to advise you that the refund has already been processed and now the amount must have reflected in your bank statement as well. Please do let us know, if still any issue exist. We appreciate your understanding in this matter." I responded to say that the refund hadn't been reflected and that I had naturally opened a dispute with my bank. Following this, they threatened me by email , that they would not refund my money. I received this email today "Dear Guest, Thank you for contacting Optiontown. We would like to inform you that since you have already raised dispute with your bank hence we can not process any refund, we would like to request you to kindly close the discpute with your bank and then we can process your refund accordingly" So if the refund was processed, and should have reflected in my bank account, how are they now telling me that they won't refund me? Clearly they didn't even process the refund to begin with and are now claiming rubbish. This company is a SCAM and they withhold peoples money and give them the run around instead of refunding them. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!
