Good service
I was about to buy a flight-pass but the payment didn’t go through. Even though I wasn’t able to neither chat nor call them, in the end everything got solved through e-mail.

Quick responded email from customer care team, however I had bad experience with online payment: filled up all required information including card no and detail, confirmed the payment but then many time still just only appeared blank screen.

I recently bought a flight pass with Optiontown and their customer service has been great however the website has been a bit clunky.

Using Option Town since 2018!
I have been using Option Town since 2018 and have been very happy with their service. The price is good and the agents working on chat, especially Ms. Anna Jones have been of great service. Thanks OptionTown!
