My tickets got cancelled due to pandamic. However, I received immense response from the optiontown team whenever I contacted them through mail or chatting with online executives

Due to the pandemic covid 19, our travel dates were changed many times. Each time when we contacted Option Town through mail or chat box, the respone was very cooperative and helpful

I have used many of Optiontown’s products including Flight Pass and would highly recommend these wonderful products to anyone looking for a great deal while travelling.

Excellent service

Have booked 1 pass with six credit, have planned my trip for June 2020. But due to the pandemic, all the flights were canceled. Got the pass auto extended for May 2021. I utilized the chat functionality to resolve my other concerns and they were very proactive in helping to resolve my issues

Great products. Have used them quite a few times specially, Flight Pass and upgrade. For me everything had been seamless so far. Couple of times I was not upgraded but I guess that's the way the program works. Let me share one interesting hack that I used often at Optiontown. With upgrade I also always apply for 2 Empty Seats so that if I dont get upgraded, I should still get 2 empty seats next to me making my journey comfortable.
