Great service for cheaper price upgrade Thank you option town From Dr. Kim

I really appreciate the assistance and support from optiontown.

I purchased my OptionTown flight pass in February of 2020 for 20+ flights, but then days before my first departure > Covid lockdown across the Globe. As time passed with no travel, I felt that I was maybe going to lose all my tickets as we all know how the Airline industry is with refunds and credits..... But sure enough, OptionTown was supportive and I needed not to plead my case, they extended my flight pass and said they would extended it again if needed due to the uncertainty of Covid. My pass is active and working and I plan to book my flights. Special thanks to B.E. for all the personal support and attention. Already thinking about my next 20+ Flight Pass tickets.

I am impressed on their Services and immediate Support even during pandemic. I am happy to recommend OptionTown for travel matters.

I contacted the customer care to extend my flight pass during this pandemic time. They were very supportive and I got extension for the dates which I requested. Thank you Optiontown customer service

I have been using OptionTown to buy and manage my tickets for the company for three years now. They have always been great, but during Covid especially they have been super helpful in extending our passes while flights are suspended and making sure we never lost our investment in the tickets. Highly recommended and trustworthy!

The response as well as the service of Optiontown is excellent.

Very fast and comprehensive answer (not the first time, persistent quality so far)
