Thanks a lot for the help and support from the optiontown team. I am highly satisfied with their immediate response and helping nature .

The support has been exceptional especially in handling the travel passes and bookings cancelled during the flight ban during COVID. Both the support through emails and directly with customer service. The process was a bit of challenge, but they made it easy.

Thank you Option town. I have a booking with successful assigned UTo for late today, but early today I want to change my schedule to 01 day later. I cannot do the payment for UTo change fee online. In this case if payment is not done immediately, the assigned UTo is not refunded and I have to pay once more for the new one. I am very lucky to receive the support from option town member to help for the little fee.
