OptiontownReviews of optiontown.com

It is now 3 years, i am in touch with option town. Their service is excellent. They are very much caring the customers. I will give them 5 stars

good response and good service

Excellent support, for pass extension

Honestly it’s as great and easy as it seems. Booking was smooth and easy. Interface is easy to use. Customer support very responsive. We travelled as a family of 5 and I our return flight my wife tested positive and wasn’t able to board the flight. Just contacted optiontown online chat, they only asked for the test result and new date and in less than 24 hours her rebooking was confirmed and emailed me the new resrvation number. Trust it’s as good as it looks and no hidden catches. Enjoy and don’t hesitate to use. Thanks

The best for many flight bookings and customer service. Always replies to emails on time. Used for three years without any challenge.

I need to modify my flight booking, customer care and online chating team were very professional, supportive and responsive team. Thank you All

OptionTown is a trusted company to book airline tickets more than the airlines providers. I had several problems with different airline providers and OptionTown they do have their own rules and conditions when it comes to change booking. They were able to cancel and change my booking without any extra cost In less than 24 hours from my departure date. They are really a trusted company. Special thanks to Rayan from the customer service team who helped me and supported me. Ryan you are a champ Sir! Good luck for a successful more business to come in 2022. Regards KH

It was a pleasure dealing with the customer service. Had to change the date of my ticket and they were able to do it for me.
