i was promptly assisted with my query and the change to my flight pass booking was done very quickly thank you

Over the years I had some ups and downs with the usage of Option town, but over the past few days I have been extremely happy with the online chat Experience. Jeffrey made the experience very pleasant and easy. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and my requirements and ensured i had all options available to me. Prompt, courteous and extremely professional. Well done Jeffrey, you are an asset to the company!

The chat services of Optiontown is excellent and above my expectation. Thank you to Jeffrey Gibson who assisted me to book my flight. I am working in Africa and internet services are unstable but the services and flight booking with Option is just amazing. Try using Flight Pass and you will get the best price for your ticket. :)
