OptiontownReviews of optiontown.com

Excellent service

The agent at Optiontown was extremely helpful in assisting me with the payment for preferred seating. I was having difficulty getting my credit card accepted on the site, and he went to a lot of effort to get it sorted out.

I am amazed by the smoothness of my transactions and how fast the customer service assists in concerns regarding rebooking, etc. Definitely recommend!

Thank you very much for the quick action. Really appreciate it. Let me thank you once again for the understanding and the kind co-operation.

I had a problem with the issuing of the flight pass and thanks to their support I solved it!

Great prompt service!!!!! Understand customer's situation and support. Makes me to continue with this service with additional flight passes. Good Marketing by trust worthy service.

I’m using Optiontown for few years now at least traveling twice a month. In general services and prices are so great. I was planning to stop using it for different reasons till Sam Watson contacted me and provide many solutions for things I have like pricing, contacts, and luggages. I can say it is 5 stars rate in the crumbled travel world these days

Most appreciative of the quick and efficient service.
