We certainly don't intend for it to be difficult. As well, it looks like the first reply you received here contained some inaccurate information, posted by a team member who is no longer with us. I can understand your frustration. We do offer a 14-day money back guarantee for new, first time purchases and upgrades. We do not, however, offer refunds for renewals. We send renewal reminders by email, but it is possible it landed in your spam or promotions folder. I'll also have our dev team check to ensure those emails are still sending as expected.
