Hi Alexandre, Thanks for sharing this. It really paints a clear picture of what you were trying to accomplish. Coordinating visits to hundreds of families, especially with volunteers instead of professional drivers, is no small task. We’re glad OptimoRoute stood out after testing several tools and that it felt intuitive right from the start. Getting useful routes in seconds, without a lot of setup, can make a big difference when you’re organizing people who just want clear directions and less confusion. Thanks again for trusting OptimoRoute for something that clearly mattered. We’re glad we could help make it a little easier. Best OptimoRoute Team

Hi there, We hear you. Cost is a real consideration, especially when you’re weighing it against everything else you need to run your business. OptimoRoute often ends up paying for itself through time saved, fewer manual planning hours, and more efficient routes… but we know that isn’t always obvious at first glance. If you’d like, our team would be happy to walk through your specific use case with you and help break down where the value comes from and how to justify the cost based on your operation. No pressure, just a conversation. If you ever want to dig into it, we’re here to help. Best OptimoRoute Team

Hi Jay, Thanks for sharing this. That moment when you step away from a tool, then come back weeks later and it still makes sense, is such a relief. We’re really glad OptimoRoute felt easy to jump back into and helped you get the job done quickly without a long re-learning curve. If you ever need a refresher or want to dig into anything new, we’re always here to help. Best OptimoRoute Team

Hi, This means more to us than we can easily put into words. Being described as “part of your team” isn’t something we take lightly — especially knowing how much refining and fine-tuning goes into building solid workflows over time. We’re really glad our support team has been there for you through all those questions and adjustments. That back-and-forth, the problem-solving, the sticking with it until things work the way you need them to… that’s exactly how we believe partnerships should feel. No disappearing act after onboarding. Just showing up, consistently. Thank you for trusting us. Best OptimoRoute Team
