OptimoRoute support is AMAZING!
OptimoRoute support has always been AMAZING! I only purchase the Lite Plan one month a year, but I'm treated like someone who purchases the Pro Plan year-round. From early on when I was learning how to use the software and had many questions for the tech support people. Continuing through my recent issue when I needed help fixing an account error I made. Every company should be this way. I really appreciate that.
