Fast shipping Great PC Very sleek and minimalistic Exactly what I was going for with top notch performance. Wish they sent the product with more cushioning and with fragile labels. The PC had 2 microfiber cloths inside the case that I didn’t discover until later after I had already powered it on and installed the OS (about 30 minutes). Wish they would have informed me about that early because that really could have done some damage if left in there longer.

Since getting the PC, it has exceeded my expectations! Running games seamlessly with minimal excess heat output and truly wonderful aesthetic style. Well worth the price and would definitely buy from them again.

I really recommend Optimist! After researching and comparing many companies that offer similar PC building services, Optimist came out on top. Their prices are very fair and their customer service is unmatched. They answered all my questions promptly and even went above and beyond to help customize my order. My PC runs great and I couldn't be happier!

The quick responses to any questions I had. Everything updated and ready to go.

Ren had great customer service, and I really appreciate his promptness in addressing any issues that came up.

Great communication, great product. Shipped securely, works perfectly and beautifully!

I had a great experience buying a PC from them! They answered all the questions I had and were super transparent about any issues during building. Definitely recommend if you want a powerful PC that looks beautiful as well :)

Ren was super communicative and helpful with my order. I greatly appreciated the care and dedication that went into my build, down to its packaging and presentation. The patterned foam panels were a great addition to protecting my order and adding an acoustic finish to my setup! My only comment is that I had to update the BIOS of my mobo from a July '24 version to a current one.
