Customer service is great. Making payments is quick and easy. The streaming goes smoothly and buffering is not an issue. I've contacted customer service with an issue and had a immediate response. They walked me though the issue of solving it with great patience. Highly recommend OpticTV.

I was having some technical issues and I did mistakes installing credentials on tv and my tablet and frustration was taking over me but their tech support guided me through and solved all my issues Great customer service and awesome customer service
