The customer service is amazing with the team at opticsoutfitter. I worked with Ron on finding the best pair of glasses for me. Ron was extremely patient and willing to help provide useful information for me to decide. He truly went above and beyond. I am very happy with the experience overall!

I have been looking for a specific Liberty frame that I chose from my former optometrist ten years ago. My current doctor at Kaiser said they don't offer them, so I went directly to Optics Outfitter, the company who made them. The first time I didn't have much luck, but this time I had the fortune of working with Ronnel, who was amazing. He emailed me, called me twice and found the exact same frame that I LOVED! He was kind, patient, and just plain awesome, and knew exactly what to ask me so that I was able to order exactly what I wanted. I am so excited to receive them in a week or so. Thank you so very much!

Ron was a huge help, we got the glasses mailed to us and found the perfect pair for our Granddaughter. In just a few days the whole process was finished. Definitely will use them again. 5 Start all the way

Shyrene was very nice, thorough, professional and made sure my order was correct by repeating everything back to me and confirming it was how I wanted.

Mr. Ronnel Menchero of Optics Outfitter did an excellent job finding the proper item I needed for my googles and as a result I placed a replacement order immediately after receiving the information from him. Many thanks!

I made a phone call to your company to receive help about buying my son a pair of Rec Specs. Ms. Shyrene was so helpful. She made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the process. She also made the process easy and swift.

Ron has been very helpful throughout my process of trialing and ordering glasses!
