One of the very best I've dealt with on the customers Service side. Their lighting products are thorough, easy to install and not a break your budget price but not china seller cheap.

I would not even give them a star but had too.. If you are thinking about hid headlight try another company..since day 1 of purchasing opt7 hid headlight nothing but headlight problems..i have never had a such a hard time with headlights not working correctly I have had them for 4 month and there hasn't been a day where both headlights are working correctly.. And they were professionally installed with relay and anti-flickers. ,and out of box 1 did not work..waited 2 weeks for replacement..ive asked for replacement or money back ....no reply ,so maybe choose another company........thanks opt7 👎👎 bad buisness..

Tried to resolve an issue with customer service and the best they offered was a diagram that came with the item

horriable company placed order, for new led setup, received used/installed product product was defective emailed support, no reply in 2 days, used mobile web page to get live chat, and got rma return to get refund too many other leds on the market to deal with this company...no phone support..its email only...or surprise them on the ordering chat your warned...stay away

Terrible. Absolutely trash. Don't waste your hard earned money on the trash OPT7 sells. It's all unreliable Chinese junk. I've wasted countless hours removing and installing components that fail every few months. Seriously, spend a little more and get a quality kit.

Ayant fait affaire avec plusieurs vendeur de kit HID, je suis très satisfait de mon achat. Ils sont situer au USA et sur leur site ils livre que au USA. Par contre on peut ce procurer en Europe par le biais de eBay. Prix correct qualité correcte et communication ok. Le temps de réponse es un peut lent mais prennent la peine de répondre pas comme certains.
