Don't work on a 2025 ram 1500. Its hard wired in and with the lights on and you hit the brake the tail light its wired to and the light bar will go out. Wasted my money Rick

This company and their product is a big joke and scammer. I should have read the reviews before ordering the tail light bar for my 2023 Chevy Colorado. First they sent me installation video from a customer showing installation on a entirely different vehicle and of course it was not helpful. I contacted support and they responded with an excuse that due to the variety of vehicles in the US they cannot provide instructions for my truck. I get it but what was infuriating is when I tried installing it I got all kinds of error messeges since the computer is sensing an u known equipment. Come to find out after digging deeper the lighting is not compatible with 2019 and later models with tow package. If they are an honest company they should have said that upfront. I returned it and to my dismay they claim that it's been used and they charged me 50% stocking fee on top of the shipping fee which I paid for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and their products.

My light bar arrived broken and only half of the light works. I contacted OPT7 and they are trying to up sell me. Telling me it’s not plug and play. In this video he says it twice. Ben K. OPT7 Escalation Manager ARIES Lighting Team Is unwilling to help me at all. No refund no exchange. Buyers Beware! They like ripping off military members.

Order 2 light bars for 2 different trucks. Before mounting checked lights which worked fine on both trucks. After driving people were telling me my lights were not working properly. Double checking first truck lights worked until brakes and turn signal were both on then turn light flashed erratically....second truck all worked until right turn signal was on just a quarter of the right side bliked instead if rolling......I have cheaper rear lights on my other trucks and they work just fine. Not happy with this product for the price and quality.

I got my first Opt7 light bar as a gift in 2020. From that point on its been nothing but a nightmare!! They have a 2 year warranty, but I have yet had one last that long. Every time I received a replacement the bar last less then the warranty. The last bar lasted less than a year!! When contacting the company, explaining my frustration they would come up with a BS story. I explained the amount of money I spent for installation, they didn't care. This product is cheap JUNK!!!

A V O I D - A V O I D . I have purchased 8 kits over time past 4 years. Every vehicle in our home had these kits on them. I have photos to back that up. I bought an under glow kit for my wife’s car. Mounting this kit, just like I did the others . The wiring near the fuse box , melted . I told my wife , it must just be a defective part . I have so many kits from them . I have been trying for over a month to get them to replace the item and all they gave a damn about what the Amazon Review. We didn’t buy the kit from Amazon , we buy all the kits right from the website. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE A V O I D TAYLOR

Doesn't show how to wire the damn headlight

Opt 7 lighting are horrible my 600.00 headlights stopped after a year and half. I contacted to get help and they were rude and offered no help. Other than a refurbished product at a price. Paying that much you’d expect to get more than a year and half. Jerry L just told me to read the terms and conditions. At least Kevin helped with my last problems. Yes alllllll problems with OPT 7.
