Opodo Prime. What a scam. They have taken £99 from our account. We had no idea we had signed up for it. The company are impossible to contact. A morally bankrupt company. In Austria they have been judged to be acting illegally. Good for Austria. UK please take note.

Don’t recall signing up to prime. Now trying to cancel membership and only way is by phone where I’m being held infinitely on hold. Seems Impossible to cancel. Will not use Opodo again. They keep adding weird extras to prices. Very annoying exploitative service.

They take your money without notice and it takes forever for anyone to pick up the phone when you want to cancel or complain.. staff are very unprofessional and rude
