Meine beabsichtigte Flugumbuchung ist an missverständlichem Kommunikationsverhalten des Opodo-Personals sowie bürokratischem Missmanagement mit widersprüchlicher Handhabe gescheitert. Es kamen Preiserhöhungen nach schon erfolgten Preiszusagen. Nach einer Rechnungslegung für die Prime-Mitgliedschaft sucht man vergebens und der Chatbot versteht die Frage nicht, LOL. Man braucht diese Option wirklich nicht. Wenn man es über die Fluggesellschaft handhabt ist alles zumindestens transparent.

Opodo prime is a scam. I just realised I have been charged £89 for membership, I have never signed for and services I do not required. They offered me no excuses or refunds. total money stolen from me £267!

Booked a flight with Opodo 4 years ago and somehow without realising signed up for Prime which ive just realised has cost me £89 per year. After looking into it, ive seen that the option for Prime is pre selected when you book a flight, and unless you realise when you check out to pay, you automatically subscribe to an auto renew subscription. This is a total scam, I dont know how they get away with it.

The opodo forced me to join the opodo prime for some benefits and when I booked the ticket for prime ,the prime price was more expensive than other aireline normal price and when I booked I paid extra to change my flight if I change my mind but when I requested a change they directed me to them first agents line and I choosed the date and they told me ,they sent my case for other team and other team called me 72 hours later and the tickets price went up or sold out ,this happened 2-3 times. I understand English and I had contacted several time and and happened the same and flight change did not available because them processed time was long and airline did not waiting and I call direct to airline for change and they told cheap flights available for changing but they told me to contact opodo Edream because I bought my bought my ticket from them. The opodo Edream prime just the same of other agents normal price and changing dates are not working. I recommend people to not sell them to prime.

I signed up for Opodo Prime expecting meaningful savings and better service, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. First, I found that the supposed Prime discounts were nothing special. In many cases, I could find the same or better prices through free services such as Skyscanner, so I struggled to see the value of the membership. Cancelling Prime is also unnecessarily difficult, which feels designed to discourage customers from leaving. But the final straw was a flight cancellation. I cancelled a flight within 24 hours, and the airline itself subsequently cancelled the flight completely. Despite this, Opodo still charged me the amount they claimed I had "saved" through Prime. A membership that promises savings should not leave customers feeling penalised when a flight is cancelled — especially when the airline itself has cancelled the flight.
