I signed up 21 JAN 26. On 06 February 2026, I expressed concerns because they made a false claim to the FTC concerning fraud on my behalf. I was told that was a part of their process. MY response was "This concerns me and is unethical! I should have been informed before submitting anything to the FTC. This is FRAUD and illegal and if this is your model, it is wrong and I can't be a part of it! "
On 14 April 2026, I realized that false information was submitted to obtain loans and I was sent an email with what my responses should be if the lenders had questions.
As a result of my concerns, OPM position was "Additionally, based on your concerns, we have fully ceased all activity and have taken a no-action position on your file moving forward."
I asked for a refund and they have not responded. IF I could rate them a minus-minus star, I would!

OPM Coaching
I did not use OPM for a loan, but rather paid for one-on-one coaching to be a loan processor. I paid a lot (to me) and the promise was "hand-holding" and a personal coach until at least one commission was earned.
However, the attention given to me was minimal. After a first meeting with some assignments--which I did--I was ignored. Contact pretty much only came at my instigation, advice was vague and ineffective.
I expressed my unhappiness multiple times, forced a meeting. Felix is amiable, but he never fixed things, never worked with me to get a good commission.
Before coming here, I gave him one last chance to find a resolution (refund). No reply.
Stay away from individual, really expensive coaching with OPM.

OPM MASTERY IO used Jotform to collect…
I am writing this review to warn others based on my personal experience.
My husband was referred to OPM Mastery IO through an associate who claimed they could help with credit and funding. Instead of using a secure, professional onboarding system like any legitimate financial service would, they collected all of my husband’s sensitive personal information through Jotform — a basic form builder that is not designed for financial compliance, identity protection, or secure document storage. And then my husband gets an email from Felix He with a copy of the Jotform showing all of my husband's sensitive personal information, didn't even send the email with secure protection. So now my husband and my family’s identity and safety are at risk.
UPDATE 12/01/2025:
I had reached out to Felix He via Instagram because that is the only way i seem to get a response. Apparently Felix He is the co founder for OPM MASTERY IO. Anyways, I guess Felix was discussing my concerns with Daniel Morales who is the CBO of OPM MASTERY IO, and so Felix sent me the screenshot of Daniel's reply, which shows Daniel just dismissing me and my husband even though we were "clients" and then shortly after that Daniel Morales blocked me on Instagram instead of reaching out to my husband and I to figure out how to resolve matters.

I hired OPM in August of 2024 when they were running a ‘credit repair special’ because i wanted to go through them to obtain funding later and after a year its safe to say it was a complete waste of money and time.
After I paid $600, I asked the sales person (Steven i think it was) what the process was and how i was going to get updates, to which he basically replied that i wasn’t going to get updates. on the going service. that i literally just paid for. so that was the first red flag.
Another red flag would be that I directly messaged the owner of the company (Felix He) twice and he just ignored the message.
So what followed was me constantly asking for updates from the people i paid to do a service. One time they literally told me to check my credit report for an update lol, to which i replied….i want the update from you so i know that you’re actually doing something. They proactively sent me updates maybe twice.
The best part is that they literally accomplished nothing. Everything that was removed came back the next month and when i pointed that out they did not reply. Once i realized that this was just complete BS i just asked them to stop. Super disappointing because they seemed the one company that wasn’t a complete scam in this space.
I can’t speak to the funding side of the BS but the credit repair is clearly a cash grab for them and i’ve never heard of a company that only half scams. I don’t expect anything from them i’m just posting this as a warning to other because i didn’t find anything when i looked before paying.
TLDR; Paid $600 for ‘credit repair’, got literally nothing in return.

Update After Reply:
** Correction, the salesman's name was Shawn
I signed up on August 23rd
I received an update on September 26th (No changes) & expressed frustration that there was no communication between myself & whoever was supposed to be handling my case, so i was completely out of the loop while getting notifications from one of the bureaus about an identity theft report that i did not file & another bureau saying there were no disputes filed at all.
On October 4th i sent an email showing the negative items on my profile were removed but on October 15th i sent an email showing they returned and did not get a reply. This would be the only time anything changed on my report.
On November 22nd I got an update (2 months since the last one) and responded to “Once we receive results from these disputes we will send you another update” with “When are you expecting these results?” to which the response was “Check your identity IQ for the refresh date and results” which is when i pointed out that I was expecting updates every 30-35 days and i would like to be updated proactively since that’s the only way i could know work was being done. (No Reply)
From that point forward i received updates on : Dec 27th, Jan 29, Mar 21 (skipped Feb), I Asked for an update in April, received April 7th, and asked to stop in May after months with zero progress (9 months).
Also i received another email from Experian saying they received correspondence that didn’t seem to come from me as late as June/July…so the services were not immediately stopped.
I do not believe I was unreasonable in asking for transparency and communication. If you knew that there was a possibility that you couldn't achieve the results you were advertising then it would make sense to have a refund policy for the service.
Reargless, I'm happy to speak with you If you want to come to a resolution.
Response from OPM Mastery, IncSep 15, 2025
Hi Michael,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience didn’t match your expectations — that’s never the outcome we want for any of our clients.
We want to clarify a few points for context:
Credit repair process & updates: Our credit optimization service follows industry-standard dispute cycles, which can take multiple months depending on the credit bureaus’ timelines. We did provide updates throughout the process (including direct dispute results) and responded to your messages. We always encourage clients to review their credit reports as well, since those reflect the most up-to-date data directly from the bureaus.
Communication: While we cannot always guarantee direct owner responses, our support team and fulfillment specialists were available and engaged with your inquiries.
Results & cancellation: Credit repair can sometimes result in items reappearing if the furnisher re-verifies them. This is not unique to our service and is outside of any credit repair company’s control. Once you requested that we stop services, we honored that request immediately.
We take your feedback seriously and are happy to review your file with you directly to ensure there are no unresolved issues and to discuss any additional options that could help you reach your goals. Please contact us at [email protected] — we want to make sure you feel heard and supported.
Regardless, as we responded, if you would like to continue and have us continue working on your file you can always reach back out to us.
