The team over at OPM was professional and helpful with leading this SBA loan process from start to finish. Was never pushy to begin with and took their time in explaining the various of loan products out there for my business. In total we secured a $250k in working capital with SBA at a 10 year term. 5/5!

I signed up 21 JAN 26. On 06 February 2026, I expressed concerns because they made a false claim to the FTC concerning fraud on my behalf. I was told that was a part of their process. MY response was "This concerns me and is unethical! I should have been informed before submitting anything to the FTC. This is FRAUD and illegal and if this is your model, it is wrong and I can't be a part of it! " On 14 April 2026, I realized that false information was submitted to obtain loans and I was sent an email with what my responses should be if the lenders had questions. As a result of my concerns, OPM position was "Additionally, based on your concerns, we have fully ceased all activity and have taken a no-action position on your file moving forward." I asked for a refund and they have not responded. IF I could rate them a minus-minus star, I would!

I did not use OPM for a loan, but rather paid for one-on-one coaching to be a loan processor. I paid a lot (to me) and the promise was "hand-holding" and a personal coach until at least one commission was earned. However, the attention given to me was minimal. After a first meeting with some assignments--which I did--I was ignored. Contact pretty much only came at my instigation, advice was vague and ineffective. I expressed my unhappiness multiple times, forced a meeting. Felix is amiable, but he never fixed things, never worked with me to get a good commission. Before coming here, I gave him one last chance to find a resolution (refund). No reply. Stay away from individual, really expensive coaching with OPM.
