I submit proposal and the AI interview for 6 jobs before more than week. But still the 4 jobs status are "Pending Review" and the 2 jobs status are "Under Review " for about 4 days.Opentrain AI must solve the problem of Reviewing proposal by employer. The jobs are ghost jobs.

Hi Robel, Thanks for the review. Waiting more than a week with proposals still showing "Pending Review" or "Under Review" is frustrating, and the point about how quickly proposals get reviewed is fair. We'd like to look at the jobs you applied to and find out where they stand. Please email [email protected] using the same name you used here, and we'll pick this up directly. OpenTrain Support

it was a perfect project for a short term, but the AI interview was frustrating because ai asked for too much information, even though it was on my cv.

It was very good opportunity and I enjoyed. But the guideline for the task (Japanese trsnscription) was very confusing because it is based on English and not for Japanese.

Overall, I’m satisfied with this project. The work itself was interesting, and the payment was properly processed, which I really appreciate. However, I felt that the response time from the management team was quite slow. It sometimes took a long time to receive answers to questions, which caused a bit of stress. I understand that the team might have been understaffed, but I hope communication can be improved in future projects.
