The service was not expected. I experienced delays and would appreciate faster response and better communication. I hope the company can improve it's customer support

We didn't get constant respond throughout the project. The admin only responded when they had something to say, and I saw a lot of the members unable to fix their schedules and arrange other jobs. This really impacts the relationship between OpenTrain AI and freelancers. I feel it is very important to build a trust-based relationship in any kind of project, especially when we work online. Overall, I appreciate I got the opportunity to work for this project. The instructions were clear and payments were made on time. However, please allow me to leave this comment so OpenTrain can become a much more trusted platform that many freelancers feel more motivated to work for.

The project appeared not be prepared and organized well. Also there were major platform issue to continue working on the project regularly.

The AI interviewer is ridiculous and somewhat condescending. It asks asinine questions and is generally incredibly poor. I have zero expectations for the platform if the interview process is that idiotic. Only a singular review here is good, and that one is fairly questionable in its veracity, so I'd avoid wasting time with Opentrain.ai.
