Hi Hassan, Thank you for your trust and support since 2019. It means a great deal to hear that our rooftop tents, awnings, winches, water tanks, and other gear have continued to serve you well. We’re especially grateful for your recognition of our support team. Helping customers quickly and making replacement-part support straightforward are standards we will continue working to uphold. Thank you again for recommending OPENROAD to your friends and for being part of our community. Best regards, Ada OPENROAD

Hi Bernard, We’re sorry to hear about the condition of your shower awning and the difficulty you had getting assistance. We have located your order and reviewed your earlier message. Our team replied by email, and we have resent that message today to make sure you receive it. Please check both your inbox and spam/junk folder for an email from [email protected]. We are reviewing the missing items noted in the manual, the condition of the packaging, and the assembly concern you described. We will work with you on the appropriate warranty or refund resolution once we confirm the details. Please reply directly to our resent email. If you have already sent photos, there is no need to send them again—just let us know you received our message. We will provide the next confirmed step within one business day. OPENROAD

Hi Michael, Thank you for updating your review and for giving us the opportunity to look into this further. We have confirmed that the refund for your order was completed. We also understand that fulfillment activity continued around the same time, including part of the order arriving and another shipment beginning transit. We are sorry for the confusion and frustration this created. We have reviewed your update that you would prefer to complete the order rather than keep the refund. Our team is now reviewing the full timeline across the order, payment, and fulfillment records so we can confirm the correct next step with you directly. We are also actively building our phone support service and expect it to be available around August. Until then, our team will continue to handle your case directly by email so that your resolution does not depend on the phone service launch. Before any additional shipment or payment is arranged, we will confirm the details and your preference with you in writing. We are also reviewing this process internally to prevent a refund and fulfillment from becoming misaligned in the future. OPENROAD
