My first appointment was supposed to be a video appointment and my doctor never picked up after waiting 15 minutes. I called back, waited another 15 minutes. I was told someone would pick up my video call and they never did but then I received a text message telling me to call back and reschedule. I did but couldn’t get rescheduled for four days. But then I also received a text message asking if I would like to talk to someone via the phone before then and I received a call within an hour. The NP was very nice, very thorough and immediately approved my meds.

Easy to use I guess

I like the ease and how quickly provider responded to my needs. But connection wasn’t the greatest. Wish that was a little better. May have been my cell service. But she said she could hear me well. May do video next time. Otherwise a very easy interaction.

Would like more information why it took my last medication order to get here so long. Also after the third dose that I wasn’t able to do my assessment and order a visit on the day I finished my third dose.

On time. Very helpful. Not knowledgeable on pricing but prob not her job.

Easy once I found the portal. It would be nice if I could have clicked on an app onnmy phone to login.

I think the visits are very efficient. I don’t feel rushed or that my concerns are met but the whole experience overall does seem a little bit conveyor beltish. In all honesty it’s not really a bad thing it’s just my opinion

I haven’t received my medication as of yet . However I did start with another site and was totally unhappy…not only did I not video chat with anyone they charged me $145 for consultations…which would have been a monthly charge if I continued with them … hopefully Remedy Meds will work out!
