If I could rate this business a negative 10 I would. I must have signed up for something, maybe a weight loss drug, I’m really not sure with a monthly subscription. I recently found out I have been charged by the month for almost a year for 39.00 and I never have received one thing in the mail from them but have been billing me monthly. I saw this reoccurring charge recently and have tracked it which it started sept 2024, I researched them because I had no idea WTH I was being charged for? Well they took my money, I never received a damn thing from them and I’m out 500.00. Sucks I didn’t catch it sooner but what a bunch of crooks! I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to claim fraudulent charges to get my money back! I’m so irritated!! Bunch of crooks!!! Them should be ashamed and shut down immediately. I believe all of their 5 star reviews are fake!

They advertise they will give meds for uti’s. I answered all the questions and they denied it. They have no way to talk to a doctor or customer service. I got tested at an actual clinic and do have a uti but now I’m out $52 for absolutely nothing. I emailed them and they told me to call. I call the number and it’s 100% a scam telling you they will give you a Walmart gift card! And you can’t talk to anyone. Now I have to file fraud on the company through my bank and will have to get a new debit card. Do not expect to get a prescription through this company.

I had my original online appt and the dr was honest and said I was not a candidate for GLP-1. I never received any products, meds or further appts with them. Yet to this day, 7 months later, they continue billing my Amex $400/month. I have tried to contact them, no reply. I submitted a dispute with Amex and Remedy refused. I have no idea how they rate with medical care, but on the ethics and efficiency side they are a zero and I suspect scamming many other people in this same way.

I cannot verify my email. I have tried and re-tried 3 different email addresses but I NEVER have received an email to verify.

It was quick and easy and Regina answered all my questions and explained all the procedures involved. It all went downhill from there. I canceled my request due to compounding complications and now they are refusing to refund my initial credit card payment. The issue has been duly reported and I’m waiting to see if a resolution is forthcoming. Regina was great but at this time I cannot recommend this company.

Despite multiple attempts to cancel my subscription, I was repeatedly met with robotic messages or support staff attempting to convince me to stay, after which I was charged again. Please let me know when a class action is inevitably filed on this poor excuse for a company, as it would be my pleasure to participate. Not only do they partake in questionable billing practices, but their product doesn't even work.

This company has provided 0 customer service, never responds to emails, I have been on their weight loss program for 3 months without results. I have tried to reach them to share my concern, nothing but silence. When I call the pharmacy that is filling the prescription they refused to speak with me or provide me with a phone number. IMO this is a SCAM!

Approximately six months ago, I had contact with this company and the banking institution Chase. I contacted them and my banking institution contacted them at open Loop health and they were charging my account for $137 a month and they were told to stop charging my account. Open loop medical stop charging my account and sent back 300 and some more dollars and then I checked my account recently and went back all the way to October of last year and the company‘s been charging my account again. This company is deceptive. It is charging my account fraudulently , and now I have to file fraud complaints against them with my banking institution.
