The call at 3:50 pm went great! My original appt at 11:40 am, no one showed up which made me make a new appt that was not as convenient for me.

Customer service was on point.
She listened to me first and foremost. I am already taking weight-loss medication and she worked to see what would be the closest to my current dose. Weight Watchers is no longer providing the drug I take. She was very personable and easy to talk to.
