Opening My Account Was Quick and Easy
I tried to give some funds to three different online banks for opening a HY Savings account. One completely failed to work, one quickly rejected my application, and one rejected it after several days. There was no explanation as to the reasons for rejection or any offer to resubmit to correct errors. After these very frustrating and time wasting experiences, I was very surprised when my Openbank application went smoothly and quickly. It was the only bank for which I could download the Mobile App without already having a preexisting account. The app itself is simple and easy to use. It was really a joy compared to the other banks who didn't want my money. I can see many others are finding that the bank provides poor service and it is too soon for me to speak to that, but this bank sure puts the others to shame when it comes to opening an online account.
