Me and my wife ordered one each and they never arrived. They told us to wait because sometimes USPS is ahead and then we were told there is nothing they can do because you agree if its lost/stolen/or anything they are not liable. Pretty poor policy when I have proof it wasn't delivered from USPS. But they don't care about customer service so order at your own risk I guess..

Ordered a ooze beacon and when the package arrived there was nothing in it. Contacted them about it they told me they can't do anything. Also ordered the ooze robot battery and the temperature dial broke the first week. Terrible company I've had to file a dispute with my bank for both products just to get refunded since they refuse too.

I was in the process of filing a claim on the Duplex 2 that I had for 5 month couldn't get concentrates so I throughly cleaned it and put it in the box that I kept to store it in. Yes I take that good care of my products. When I finally got concentrates again it was close to year warranty being up. I try to pull the bottom of the Duplex 2 off to access the bucket. The bottom piece came apart exposing the wires and 1/2 of the bottom piece is still in device. When I went to the site and saw that they now sell the bottom piece as a replacement I was worried. The sent me an email waiting until the year was up stating I needed to refile the claim and of course they won't replace ir or give credit. Buying the replacement piece is not an option because 1/2 of it is stuck in the device. I also recently bought the stache connector with an ooze slim clear series on 7-3-25. After a week of use and daily cleaning. I suddenly couldn't get the connectar piece off that connects to the battery. I am so confused until I notice the piece inside the ooze slim battery is spinning. These chep batteries have a 5 year warranty and this happened in a week. They are replacing the ooze slim clear but my stache connector is useless as well as a result. Ooze also sells the stache connectar but it was only available in blue and red so I got the black 1 only in thevstache name. I never would have even consider ooze since I was already having issues but as I mentioned it was the only batteries sold at Glass and More Sandusky,Ohio. I mention them because they talk up ooze products to the point of blatant lies. I was told the buckets could hold 1/4 gm of concentrates and that floods the bucket. I never did this because I already knew. I mention the stache connectar again. I had 1 for a year. The plastic piece broke and the coils still worked great. I did not know it was possible for a coil to ladt a year. Just don't use an ooze battery with it. Thanks for reading.

If I could go lower I would! I paid $75 for a “Barrel” unit that doesn’t work. I did a claim, sent it back, and they responded that they would not replace it, that it worked for them. They sent it back to me, and IT DOES NOT WORK!!!! They are BS!! Wasted a lot of $$.

I recently purchased the duplex 2 and dropped it not from a high height, short one, the whole bottom end shattered. This was a waste of money as I have had many that I have dropped from other companies and absolutely none of them have shattered like this did. When I checked the warranty waste of time and we’re talking about shattered into pieces like glass you are developing this for people to get high relaxed. I wasn’t even high at the time. I wasn’t even using it at the time. I hate to see if I was using it. How much more pissed I’d be.

deleted negative reviews online, did not offer replacement/refund without being sent faulty hardware to "verify" and even then it's only store credit. poorly designed vapes will clog and they'll hide the reviews that tell you not to buy them. misleading advertising, manipulative support, poor product design, stay away

I'm done with Ooze, I used to like them but like most companies today, have gone to crap. In my XP they delete negative reviews from their site. At last purchase, and I've made many with them over the years (no longer!) I ordered item with the "expedited shipping" at basically double the shipping price. It took them close to 24 hours to get the item to the shipper... Sorry, but I don't call that "expedited" I feel like even 12 hours is pushing it but would accept that as a maximum. When I complained to their support, requesting a refund, paying for base shipping would have been acceptable but their response was... "SORRY, THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED WITHIN OUR TIME FRAME." (or Sorry, not sorry for short) Here's the problem people, Ooze sells enough products to smoke/vape shops (for resale) they don't care about the small sales to the lone consumer on their website... So I'm calling for a boycott against all Ooze products anywhere you see them available. Its time to take back our pride people... STOP BUYING ALL PRODUCTS FROM OOZE OR ANY COMPANY THAT TREATS REPEAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. will not replace a USB charger for a battery I bought three days ago. The USB charger came apart the first time I tried to charge it. Ooze basically said, "too bad, so sad." NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.
