good customer service
Due to local USPS issues my gift/package didn't arrive on time. Prior to realizing it was a PO issue I notified OOTDY of the missing package and they were extremely helpful with their immediate response. They continued their followup until the package finally arrived. VEry helpful customer service. And the jewelry was also lovely. My wife loved her 70th birthday gift!
