Truly Cares about their customers

UPDATE 12/9/2024- The company went above and beyond to make things right. They followed up with me on Mutiple occasions and made me feel like they were more than just a store but people who could relate to my concerns. I've purchased multiple earrings for my 3 girls for Christmas. I hope they love them. Thank you to OOTDY for working with me and turning a negative into a positive. Looking forward to more purchases with you in the future. 11/20/2024 - I bought 3 pairs of earrings for my daughter for Christmas. I immediately knew one pair was too small and wanted to return them. The company asked for pictures, which I provided, and they said they were scratched so I couldn't return them. They never had been worn! When I complained they asked for another picture, that is when I said I'm done! Later the customer service manager emailed me and said that they were sorry for my issue getting improperly handled and gave me a credit to their store and told me to keep the earrings. I appreciated them reaching out and trying to right the situation. I still a little leery of their return policy but I will give the company another chance
