OOTDY is love from the first pair of earrings! I now own a few pieces of OOTDY jewelry and love each piece. I was wearing my necklaces and earrings for sometime now and have not noticed any change in color, I do remove jewelry when taking shower or going to the beach so can not say how it acts when in contact with water for a long time but I do not remove rings when washing my hands and rings still look brand new. I love all the delicate designs and everything simply matches my taste. I have also purchased a few pieces for my lady friends and it makes me very happy to see them wearing OOTDY earrings or necklaces I got them. I also would like to mentioned that support team is always there in case you have questions re your order / delivery. They reply within hours. Definitely a 5 start quality and I will be coming back for more.

I was so happy with this company! I actually had a problem with my order (ordered 3 items and only received one in the mail). I contacted customer service, but thought for sure I was going to be out my money. They were extremely apologetic and offered to still fulfill my order or gave my the option to refund money. I was truly impressed with the customer service and love the jewelry I received! Highly recommend!

First off, I LOVE THE EARRINGS! When I received my package, I only saw one earring, so I reached out to the company and within minutes, I heard back from someone! Turns out, the other earring was in another little pocket inside the cloth bag, but I was amazed by how quickly they responded to my inquiry. Great service!!!

Thoroughly impressed with the Silver, Double hoop Huggies I purchased. From the exquisite packaging, to the quality…I love them! I have received several compliments and people ask if I have double piercings as they look so natural. They are super comfortable too. I’m thinking of getting another pair in a different style.
