I first ordered earrings from OOTDY that I love and wear 24/7. Then I preordered a ring. It got to be quite awhile, with me asking regularly for an ETA. They apologized, and then said that the ring still wasn’t ready and would I like to order a different ring. I did and they sent that as well as a mystery gift ($40-$60 value I think). It’s another cute ring with a blue stone that I love, as well as the ring I ordered that I love too. Thank you for such great customer service, always communicating with me about my order!

I have ordered 2 pair of earrings from this company and love both pair. They are huggies, so they are smaller, but stand out. You do forget you have them on! Great quality. I did have trouble with the clasps not working on one pair but I wrote the company and they were quick to reply with instructions on how to adjust the clasps. It was a very simple fix and I am wearing them continuously with no fear of losing them. Beautiful earrings and great company customer service. It does take several weeks to receive them but they are wrapped beautifully and well worth the wait!
