The earrings were beautifully packaged and the quality of the product is exactly as described. The earrings were a bit different from what I imagined so I reached out to the customer service. They made it sure that I am completely happy with the purchase and gave me a few options to address the issue. OOTDY is a wonderful jewelry company with which the business doesn’t ends with just one purchase. They clearly care about each customer experience, and I rarely see that from online retailers. Highly recommend OOTDY!

First, I love their earrings. They are what I've been looking for at a good price. One pair that I ordered (yes, I am up to four pairs as of today) was just too small for the place I wanted to wear it. Their return policy is great and was explained clearly. The return could happen a couple of ways. My choice was handled quickly, so I could choose a different pair that worked better for me.

Dear Wendy, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear that you love your earrings — and that you’ve grown your collection to four pairs already! That truly means the world to us. We’re also glad the return process was clear and handled smoothly, and that you were able to find a pair that works perfectly for you. Making sure you feel confident and happy with your choice is always our goal. Thank you again for your trust and support — we can’t wait to serve you again! With love, OOTDY Customer Service

Update: They were able to solve the problem. Shipping seems to be an issue, but they work with you to solve shipping delays.
Response from OOTDYFeb 22, 2026
Dear Carla, We’re truly sorry for the delay and the frustration this has caused you. After reviewing your shipment, we can confirm that the package has unfortunately exceeded the estimated transit time. At the moment, it is still waiting to be collected by the local carrier for continued transportation. We understand how disappointing this must feel, especially when you’re expecting your order. As an apology for the shipping delay, we have already arranged a refund of your shipping fee. This has been prioritized on our end. Please rest assured that we are actively monitoring the tracking progress and will continue following up until your package is safely delivered. If you have any additional concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly — we’re here to help and truly appreciate your patience. 💛 Warm regards, OOTDY Customer Care

My first experience with ootdy has been great! The pieces I ordered came neatly packaged. Unfortunately, they were a little bigger than I thought and didn’t fit my ears properly. I reached out and their customer service team was quick to respond and so helpful! I will definitely order again!
