First of all my order didn’t arrive. UPS didn’t want to deliver when it arrived in Norway. I payed extra for delivery insurance, and still it didn’t arrive. When I emailed them about this, they didn’t respond. It’s been months now, still not answering my emails. Absolute scam. Product didn’t arrive and I did not Get refund or any answer from customer service. AVOID

Worst customer support and very sketchy products. I placed an order for KLOW, when I received my order, the batch numbers did not match to any of the COAs. I emailed the support email with no response about providing me with a COA that could verify the KLOW product was actually tested.

Horrible customer service you can't get a hold of anybody I tried using the tracking number they gave me for FedEx and it's contains multiple shipments. Hopefully I can get my money back I just did not happy with this type of service. The biggest part here should have been their customer service there's just too many companies out there to buy from

The company genuinely does not respond. I had to dispute my charge because the vial that i ordered, came cracked. I contacted them requesting a replacement but they still haven't replied in the last 3 days.

So I ordered Ghk-cu looks good but then I reconstitute it and 1 hour later it had particles and 2 days later the particles are still there I warmed it up and rolled it around for around an hour still not gone so the vial must have came contaminated because I used clean techniques such as using bac water alcohol swab you know the basics, they have not given me a refund or contacted me at all. Very bad company. Do not buy.
