Double charged me and never responded

I ordered peptides worth over $650 and never received them. Onyx declared my shipment to customs as "peppermint essential oils" valued at $30. This caused a customs nightmare. The package was held, couldn't be delivered, couldn't be returned to the sender, and was ultimately marked for disposal. I lost my money, weeks of time, and an enormous amount of stress dealing with UPS and customs back and forth. Customer support? Non-existent. They have ignored every single message I've sent. Don't be fooled by Route Package Protection. It sounds reassuring, but comes with so many policy exclusions that getting your money back through them is nearly impossible. And honestly, if they're this dishonest about customs declarations, I'd seriously question what's actually inside those vials. Best case scenario it's a placebo. Worst case — who knows. Fake positive reviews, zero accountability, and zero customer support. SCAM! Avoid at all costs.

My package worth 440usd was rejected at customs and sent back to sender (onyx). I emailed them about it, either a refund or a reship, they haven’t answered and it’s been close to a month. Route can’t help at all. Total scam, don’t buy here

Took weeks to get my product, and honestly i feel like they scammed me. I ordered a 5mg and a 10mg and it was the same size. Terrible customer service

Order #60258. Ordered $300 USD worth of product on February 14. Almost 1 month later, I received nothing. I have been filling out contact support form, and emailing them for weeks, with no response. UPS rejected the package and is trying to reach out to them so they can pay for shipping to return the package to sender (Onyx Research) they got no response either it's just going through warehouse scans for days now. I had Route protection for this package but they are useless and said they can't do anything about this I have to reach out to Onyx. I am going to dispute this with my bank and potentially take legal action. If Onyx Research sees this. Contact me, we can resolve this and I will take down the review. Order number: #60258. You have 48 hours to contact me. For people reading. Do not buy from this company this is fraud.

Havent received my order and they are not responding to emails , its been 2 months my order is to dubai UAE , someone help out what to do regarding this matter.
