Our email logs confirm we responded to you directly on September 6th, September 10th, September 22nd, September 24th, and October 2nd. When you submitted Order #51413, you left off your apartment number at checkout, leaving the address incomplete and forcing UPS to return the package. Even though this delivery failure was caused entirely by the address you entered, our team covered the UPS return penalties, paid for outbound shipping a second time, and sent out replacement order #55039 completely out of our own pocket. We absorbed all the costs to replace your items and reached out five separate times to confirm you were taken care of. Leaving a 1-star review claiming we ignored you—after our team went out of pocket to fix your own address error—is completely misleading. Your replacement was delivered, this matter was fully resolved, and we request that you update or remove this review immediately.
