I absolutely love Onyx Biolabs. Every product has been great and their prices are excellent. I’ve not had a bad experience at all. Pricing is reasonable, everything arrives within days and I’ve never had any issues with any product I’ve ordered from them. 5 stars across the board!

Have ordered from onyx several times, they have amazing quality great customer service and I recommend to everyone. I accidentally left my unit number off my address and contacted them to catch it before it was packed and they got back to me right away and fixed it. I also love that every batch has QR codes to lab results for 3rd party testing

Onyx is absolutely THE #1 company in the pep business!! They have GREAT pricing, FULL disclosure on all products, FAST shipping, EVERY possible thing that you could want to order and FANTASTIC customer service!! I can text them day or night with questions or concerns about products, shipping, inventory, testing, or anything else ( and I do and I have multiple times) and they ALWAYS get back to me quickly with answers and info and even have joked around and also had discussions at length and they have NEVER ONCE failed to respond, reply, resolve the issue, leave me hanging, or have me unhappy with what I was told. I have been ordering from them for about 2 months and ALL my blood work has shown improvements in every aspect while my BMI has gone down and muscle mass has remained the same or increased. I couldn't ask for a better company to deal with and I wont deal with anyone else. I have friends and seen and read horror stories from so many suppliers and I know I will NEVER have any of those issues. If youre even thinking about giving peps a shot, ONYX is THE ONLY place I recommend and fully support!! Thanks ONYX!! KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO!!!

My apt #,didn't show up on my second order. I got my 1st order without issue. 2 ns ordr I watched ups pull up walk in the gate and left. They got the gate code but not the apt #? Anyway they sent it back. Now I can't even get a response from onyx lab and and haven't even gotten my money back
Response from Onyx BioLabsOct 5, 2026
Hi Rhianna, claiming that you "can't even get a response from Onyx" is completely untrue. Our email logs confirm we responded to you directly on September 6th, September 10th, September 22nd, September 24th, and October 2nd. When you submitted Order #51413, you left off your apartment number at checkout, leaving the address incomplete and forcing UPS to return the package. Even though this delivery failure was caused entirely by the address you entered, our team covered the UPS return penalties, paid for outbound shipping a second time, and sent out replacement order #55039 completely out of our own pocket. We absorbed all the costs to replace your items and reached out five separate times to confirm you were taken care of. Leaving a 1-star review claiming we ignored you—after our team went out of pocket to fix your own address error—is completely misleading. Your replacement was delivered, this matter was fully resolved, and we request that you update or remove this review immediately.

I like everything - except the labeling is hard to read with all the dark colors and small lettering. I am not a fan of the labeling. The MG and the name of the peptide should be easier to see. Also should have a partner program.
Response from Onyx BioLabsSep 24, 2026
Hi Mandy, thank you for your repeat business and constructive feedback! We're glad you like the overall experience, and we genuinely appreciate your notes regarding label contrast and font legibility. We are actively reviewing our label designs to make the milligram dosage and compound names clearer to read at a glance. We also take note of your suggestion regarding a partner program—feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] if you'd like to discuss partnering with us. Thank you for helping us improve!
