Mrs. Volwiler, Thanks for your feedback. It appears your school's IT contact has determined there was a filter issue as many schools limit outside website access on school devices. This is typically controlled at the server level. I'm happy the IT contact was able to resolve this for your school and all the students and faculty will now have access. Thanks for your feedback, Tim. We are currently working on full analytics for student progress through the course sessions. We hope to have this available to schools this fall. You do have access to student assessment details that can be easily accessed from Canvas. We agree, tracking the amount of time a student is watching a video is not very relevant. However, the completion of the online assessments and the associated scores is very relevant. Please contact us to set up a short training session at [email protected]

Hi Julie, You may have OnToCollege confused with another prep service as it looks like you never logged into your account, so you could not take advantage of the 9 hours of video instruction, practice quizzes and tests, video solutions, and all of the other hours of additional ACT and SAT materials available to you. You also unsubscribed from receiving email updates that would have given you information about additional materials available to you throughout your subscription. I'm sorry that you missed out on our ACT and SAT prep as our students typically see a 1-3 point ACT increase and 70-100 point SAT increase.
