Great experience with Strider. Usually my experience with Consulting HR is simple, they are more interested in closing the open roles for clients, so they send several candidates, but with Strider, it was completely different, there's a preparation round, Strider cares about how you're going to perform, they prepare you, It felt legit empathic process. Every Strider employee that talked to me was great. I appreciate the work put behind it, the whole experience have been amazing. From good people, to clear steps, clear communication and fast resolution. The mock interview was something new but pleasant to me. At the same time, it is something that I believe can be even better - while I received feedback and instructions to how to get better and how the final interview would be, the mock interview was conducted as we do in Brazil (Q&A) but it could be the same as the real interview, an honest talk about the job and capacity, with some questions in there but not only questions. Still, it prepared me well and the interviews with the Company I was applying to went smoothly. As a general feedback, I'd like to say it's hard to believe a platform works this well and is everything most people wish that job searching was - simple, effective, fast and clear.
