On Q Property Mgmt has been such a help. The first week after moving in, we had a problem with A/C not working and they had someone out there fixing it within 24 hours. Always quick to answer our questions too. Would definitely recommend using them.

I have 2 houses and a 4plex that On Q now manages for me and my wife. It is so much better than doing it myself. I didn't realize how much time I was spending at the properties chasing rent until they handled it all for me. Highly recommend

Can't wait for our lease to be done with. We've learned allot since working with this company. We will be very prepared when we move next time. Lack of communication is the biggest issue witty them. Apparently when your call goes to their voicemail they don't receive it even though its in your call log. When you do get ahold of them good luck hearing back in a timely manner. Never got a swimming pool key even though the ad states there's a pool. Were given a garage door opener with a battery that lasted a week. The apartment was so disgusting that a cleaning crew needed to be called in due too a health hazard before we could move in. We were told when we looked at that place that if need be the owner would repaint some walls if we didn't like it, asked if it could be repainted and was told that it was too close to move in, a week away, that they wouldn't ask the owner. These are just an over view of SOME of the issues we've had working with OnQ.

I appreciate the fact that I never have to interface with the tenant of my condo at NorthShore. I also appreciate Eric Dixon, who always is available to answer my questions, help me with solutions, apprise me of needed repairs. I do find your statements a bit unclear, and would like them to be in "lay person's" language. Anyway, keep up the good work, and congratulations on your expansion to another office. I hope I will continue to work with Eric as my contact person! -- I would NOT like that to change!

On Q offers everything you need and does an exceptional job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get their rental property rented quickly.

OnQ has taken the work out of managing my rental property. They ae very responsive, communicate very well, and provide the online reporting capability so I can really stay on top of what is happening. When repairs are needed to my property, they are quick to find reasonably priced solutions and follow through well. And I really like the quick deposit into my bank account every month. Highly recommended.
