It really means a lot to a customer when you have a person that works for a company that's able to explain things well enough to make the customer understand and is very polite. I don't mean to put other employers down but Xavier Guerra you have been by far the most kindness, informative, and with customer service that I have had. I already had an attitude knowing that I had to call you guys, because of how I have been treated in the past. You changed my attitude into a positive attitude. But most of all you gave me a different OUTLOOK on the company. Thank you again for helping me out and for just doing your job!

They are quick to take your money but that is about it. Any repairs have to go through the owners approval, so this property management company is here to help you jump through hoops and collect your landlords mortgage payment while you sit in 90 degree heat because your air conditioning doesn’t work at all - but don’t worry, they have an emergency phone number you can hopelessly call on the weekend - but it still takes at least 48 hours before they can do anything.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just moved in last night after my husband picked up keys the day before. First day kitchen was flooded. Every major appliance does not work, house is so filthy. Carpets literally have animal vomit stains on them. House and yard not safe for children with garbage and random metals poles everywhere. We are not even here 12 hrs and we are trying to cancel our lease as home shown online was not what we got. Called and gave them 15 items of broken things of which they let me know they put in a work order. The washer machine literally have duct tape on it. Couldn’t view house prior to move in is how this company rolls. Never rent from these people. Carrie is property manager and she is less then helpful, “let me know our house isn’t exactly unlivable it just needs repaired”. Sorry Carrie not even being here a day I shouldn’t have a laundry list of a work order. My husband is currently at laundry mat bc of our duct tapped washer machine house came with clearly doesn’t work but we were told it’s up to standards. Not sure what standards these people have but anyone paying rent has higher ones then this company does. TERRIBLE don’t rent from OnQ!!!!

My review of On-Q property Management. Anyone who is thinking of renting from this company, I have two words. RUN AWAY. Stay very far away from this company. We moved in 1/1/2017 to our home, and the house was in poor shape, windows did not open / huge gaps in the doors / windows. We diligently documented all of these issues, and opened work tickets, we were told oh well we will get back to you. This property owner is difficult, sorry that your AC went out in the summer in AZ. Plus we really don’t care that your house in unlivable. The suggestion was to camp out in the backyard. I booked two rooms in a hotel until the property owner could fix the AC. I have small children in my house, and it was a health and safety issue not having an essential service. Then we had to fight tooth and nail to get the hotel stay reimbursed while the AC was out. Every few month’s there is a different property manager. Again stay away from this company. So we moved out at the end of 2019 because they wanted to increase the rent. Mind you I was never ever late with the rent payment. Also they charge you a stupid convenience fee to use their online portal payment. Wow that is great a convenience fee for them to collect money. Now after move out they are trying to charge me almost 4/5 of my deposit on spurious overcharges. We cleaned every surface in the house, but somehow we got stuck with a 185.00 cleaning fee??? The yard was weeded at the time we moved out, but again we were charged for landscaping charge for 150.00. We moved only a few blocks away. They have not done any landscaping / yard maintenance. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DON’T do business with them. I have made my disputations known. What is the worst is they try to artificially inflate their reviews. When after the debacle with the AC was done they were like can you please rate us 5 stars on Google. I seriously thought about it, but am glad that I held off. Honestly if I can change the mind of one person perhaps two I will be quite happy. I have had to speak with the operations manager multiple times on multiple issues, and he has been alright to deal with, but still I am quite upset about the way I have been treated. AGAIN STAY AWAY FAR AWAY

I would highly recommend!! This is the best property management company I have ever had they were very informative very easy to deal with Ryan Haueter was my property manager he was always very easy to get ahold of and very pleasant to have as the property manager!!

I had my home inspection yesterday with Russell. He was so friendly, yet professional. As we walked thru the house he took pictures and explained what he was looking for. He noted everything on his tablet and the entire process was quick and easy. He said my house was the cleanest he had seen, which made me feel great! It was a pleasure working with Russell. So far my experience with all the folks at OnQ have been amazing!

Leanna is great to work with. She is always available and prompt with answering questions and finding resolutions. Her efforts are very much appreciated.
