Paid to have the product shipped to me in 4 to 6 days and I will not get it for 8 days. So why did I pay for early arrival when I could have saved my extra money cause it is NOT getting to me any faster. I have sent 2 emails to you but with absolutely no response back. You where HIGHLY recommended to me and what a huge disappointment you turned out to be. I can't comment on how the patches work because I still DONT have them.

The Onmi customer service definitely needs to be improved. I have attempted to reach them many, MANY times... and have not received a single response. The patches were not much help to me, sleep-wise; I refuse to do business with a company who happily takes your money, but doesn't provide customer responses in a timely manner... or, at all.

This doesn’t have anything to do with the service. Website was easy to follow, product arrived in a timely manner and so on. The product just didn’t work for me. I have been trying the energy patches for over a week. Sometimes I wear two of them and I feel nothing. It might work for others but for me personally it was a huge waste of money.

Hey Eric, I appreciate the feedback. With the energy patch, we've tried to strike a balance between constant energy levels, no crash and no over-stimulation. Obviously, a lot of what 'works' for a person has to do with their personal tolerance to products that provide energy. That being said, we're constantly trying new formulas to get it right and to cater to the widest range of customers. I'd love to have you as part of a test group for new energy formulas we're rolling out in the new year. I'll shoot you an email now.
