Ordered the deodorant from On Me and it got here in about three days. Been using it a couple weeks and I still don't smell by the end of a long shift, so I'm pretty happy with it.

Update: Darragh, the CEO of On Me reached out and assured me that the issue would be resolved. I appreciate the prompt response and resolution. Therefore, I am updating my rating. ------------------ On October 19th I took my wife to Pappadeaux for our 39th wedding anniversary. I tried to use my On Me gift card but my card was declined due to "Pappas Seafood" being recognized as the restaurant name. Pappas seafood is the franchise name of Pappadeauxs Seafood. There are multiple restaurants under the "Pappas" brand. As a recipient of this gift card, I should not have to worry about using the card only at approved restaurants or stores because the franchise name does not match the restaurants name. So beware, if you go to an On Me approved restaurant but the parent company name does not match the restaurant name, your purchase may be declined. I have reached out to On Me through their platform with no response. Maybe by making this review I will be able to get some answers or a response.

I made an error in my choice of gift card and I didn't know how to fix the issue. The customer service BOT was actually helpful, efficient and immediately identified that a human agent could resolve my issue. I was then efficiently transitioned to Tony in customer service who quickly and easily fixed my issue, offered support for future purchases and recommended a solution for future use. I went from dreading how this would work to being able to take a deep breath and move forward. Thank you Tony!

I have used On Me for the past 2 years, and I absolutely love it! I like that a gift card is more versatile and accessible. I also love being able to send friendly reminders to friends to use the card sent to them.

This is my go to company for gift cards. People get choices, it’s easy. I’ll use them for all gift cards once they get gas cards too.
