Product not received after a month. No response - no follow up. Cannot contact them. Avoid

As a victim of this company’s fraudulent practices, I strongly advise against purchasing from them. They are selling counterfeit SkinCeuticals products, which is a clear violation of consumer protection laws. I purchased SkinCeuticals items from this company and had them shipped to the UK. The product, though sealed in a box, was visibly defective—crooked, tilted, and unable to close properly. This raised immediate concerns about authenticity. I returned the products as instructed, and the company promised a full refund of £127. However, despite their assurances, I never received my money back. This is a fake company engaging in fraudulent business practices. They are deceiving customers, providing counterfeit products, and refusing refunds. This level of dishonesty must not go unchecked. I am taking steps to report this company to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), UK trading standards, and relevant consumer protection agencies to ensure they are investigated and held accountable. Let this serve as a warning to others: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Protect your money and your skin!

Product never received and no response to chaser emails!

So far not happy at all placed only order a week ago still not received anything ,if I want an update it for me to look for it ,ie very poor customer service .No info about the date of the delivery . Nightmare ,will never use again .

Onlyskincare are thieves and crooks. I ordered obagi moisturiser but they sent me the toner instead, and this was leaking all over the parcel. I sent them several emails, no response. I want to return the item and get my money back but so far no response from these people. Avoid them!

This should be prescribed medication. This has not been prescribed, instead of being contacted to discuss the product it was confirmed, processed and shipped within 1 minute, leading me to believe that if this product ever arrives it is fake or illegally sold. I have attempted to contact the company 3 times via their website with no reply. I have emailed them using the email address on their website and it has not been delivered as it is an invalid email address. Avoid!!!!!!
