I should have read the reviews. Ordered 2 obagi 10%. Vit c serum - was sent 1 obagi 20% serum. Written to them 3 times - no response - thank goodness I can deal with them through my credit card!

DO NOT Order from onlyskincare.com. I ordered on 01.04.2025, got a confirmation that my order has been shipped. Tracking number provided by onlyskincare does not work, which raises significant concern whether the onlyskincare.com is a legitimate legal entity or simply NOT. PLEASE BE CUATIOUS AND DO NOT BE A VICTIM.

Thankfully ordered with PayPal so have opened a case. I wish I’d read the reviews first.

Absolutely shocking company purchased ogabi cleanser still waiting on tracking up date 9 days later. No response to email. Checked ogabi website to be told that this company is an unauthorised seller off ogabi products. Under no circumstances buy from this company. Very suspicious at best!!!!!!!!’ Hi

Very Poor! Do not use. Placed an order on the 6th January and still not received it and no information from tracking since 14 January. Customer service confirming it takes 10 weeks. I will be pursuing a refund
