I can only add to the negative comments already made. I ordered an Obagi retinol cream and payment was taken immediately. No confirmation email was received, so no order number, without which I could not contact the company by email. After 14 days of no contact, I started a claim with my bank and fortunately they refunded me with no question. This company is fraudulent and Google make it virtually impossible to lodge a complaint against their listed businesses. Just don’t go near them!

Yip, it's a scam, and they go to quite some length to disguise this, including sending fake tracking details and reassuring emails afterwards.

Useless gummies... absolutely useless

Same experience as everyone else - placed my order 3 weeks ago, nothing got delivered to date. Emailed them - no response. Clearly scamming people, should have checked the reviews before ordering. Will also be opening a case through my credit card to get my money back. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs - spent over £200 on Obagi skincare it’s been a month now and the tracking link does not work and redirects to a strange UPS website and no way to contact their customer service team. It’s a scam for sure.

I paid for 2 items£99.00 and only received one… I emailed them two days ago, till now no reply…

Tracking number is invalid - so don’t believe the company to be genuine. Essentially stealing customers money
