The positive reviews here are clearly bogus to try and improve the score. The items are fake, shipped from the US and if you want to return you have to do so at your own expense. It’s a complete scam. Customer service just reply with pre-scripted answers about how fresh their produce is?? As a market place for brands you’re not ‘sourcing fresh produce’ Ripped off and out of pocket - avoid at all costs

Placed the order but never received it. This company uses Evri which says the parcel was delivered. Picture provided shows a parcel outside a door with a sign that clearly says, "DO NOT LEAVE PARCELS HERE". Company refuses to accept responsibility as they said it was delivered somewhere and now I must try to find it. According to consumer law, the responsibility is with the seller. I'm the one who is £100 out of pocket! DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I purchased elastiderm eye cream over a week ago, £84 was deducted from my bank account 8 days ago from a Naples bank account, I still haven’t received my product or received payment invoice.
