I ordered an Obagi serum which was not genuine or had deteriorated into a vinegary liquid. I opened a dispute with PayPal and spent E12.70 sending the product back to Naples as they had requested in order to be given a refund. The Royal Mail receipt image was sent via PayPal and Only Skin Care have received the package. No refund. Paypal say my receipt was not valid. Only Skin Care did receive my package and will not refund me. £100 wasted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Also, use a credit card online to cover yourself for any disputes or scam products.

Ordered item 4 December but as at 27 January still not received. Despite requesting tracking updates received inconclusive answers about being held up in customs. Initiated chargeback claim through bank to obtain refund and advise all others to do the same if you don't receive your goods in a timely manner.

I waited weeks for an item and when it finally arrived, they had sent me the wrong product. I contacted them immediately and they informed me there was no error on their part, stating "our system does not allow us to ship any product until we verify the UPC and take a photo of the exact item". This is utter rubbish, I would highly recommend you stay well clear of this company.

FAKE - I got caught, bought Obagi products, took them to my usual salon who directed me to Obagi's own official website where they tell you this supplier is not selling authentic products. Very clever website though. If it is cheaper, there is a reason. You do not know what is in these products, don't put them on your skin - stay away I threw my in the bin - should have know better

They sold me a fake toner, they sent me a totally different product. I don't know what I got sold but the toner from obagi that I was prescribed is different to what they sold to me. I want to request a refund but I'm pretty sure I won't see my money again.

It’s a scammer!! I ordered Obagi vitamin C x 2. It never came. I received some cream instead 😡 which is fake!! Avoid this company!!!

Scam. I ordered an Elta MD moisturiser in the beginning of December , it arrived after a long time and the contents were not authentic. I have used this brand for a long time and I am certain the product was fake - it felt terrible on my skin. I was also not aware I was ordering from the US. Their customer service phone number doesn’t work. It’s a scam.
