terrible. item never arrived and they are just ignoring me.

Ordered from this site before reading the reviews! After ordering I looked on the reviews and quickly saw that this company was not to be trusted so I emailed probably within 5 minutes of ordering to ask them to cancel which they ignored and sent an email the next day to say it had been dispatched! I did receive the items in a timely manner and everything was as I ordered, however, this is not Obagi products, they are all fake. The packaging is completely different and the content isn’t the same! I have since emailed numerous times and they do not reply. Avoid!

Unfortunately I made a mistake and ordered an Obagi product and only after ordering, did I notice they are not on the approved supplier list on the Obagi UK website. I ordered the product on Jan 28th and received a lovely welcome email. Then the delays began. No shipment updates for weeks and my item has been listed as if in Heathrow since Feb 7th. I have now a PayPal claim open to try and receive a refund. Appalling service!

I ordered an Obagi product 6 weeks ago and have still not received it. The last tracking update was 4 weeks ago, and in spite of multiple attempts to secure a refund for my undelivered product, there has been no attempt by customer service to rectify the situation. I will be reporting this website to the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent services.

BEWARE!!!! Do not order from this site!!!They sent me an unsealed open Obaji toner. They don’t reply. Emails undeliverable

This website cannot be trusted. I ordered two OBAGI products a month ago. The incorrect item was delivered. Despite sending evidence of incorrect delivery, this charlatan of a website won’t send me what I ordered because they say that at some point in their dispatch process, the correct stuff was picked for me, AND thy expect me to pay for international freight to return what I did receive to them. Do not touch this website if you value your money!!!!!

This company is a scam! Don't buy from them. I lost 115£ after i waited for more than one month for a delivery that never came. All the time i requested for a refund they never addressed my request and only kept on saying that i needed to wait few more days. The tracking information shows still a January's shipping date and now it's the end of February. They did not even apologize for the extremely poor service. Absolutely appalling and definitely not to be trusted. I'll keep on writing this type of review as i want other people not to experienced anything like that and not lose their money. I'm furious!
